Viking Education Academy offers all lessons as online lessons when requested. We use a safe system based on Whereby.com, a browser-based video conferencing platform that allows tutors to host online lessons without students needing app downloads or logins. It offers customizable video calls embedded into our website, making it suitable for online tutoring. The platform emphasizes user privacy and security, being GDPR and HIPAA-compliant and ISO 27001 certified. It also provides features like screen sharing and collaboration tools to enhance the meeting experience. Our online lesson system is a solid, easy-to-use option for personalized tutoring sessions or one-on-one lessons for K-12 students.

Parental Supervision: Younger students may need assistance from parents to ensure they join meetings correctly and engage fully.
Testing: Join the session 15 minutes early to identify technical challenges or feature limitations that could affect lessons (Microphone and Video).
Privacy Issues: If you are concerned about sharing the video with our system, you can deactivate the camera by clicking on the camera symbol on the left side of the URL field and selecting “deactivate.”
